胶含量对本体MABS树脂结构性能的影响

摘　　要：采用溶聚丁苯橡胶、苯乙烯、丙烯腈、甲基丙烯酸甲酯单体,通过本体聚合制备MABS树脂,调整配方中橡胶含量,探究胶含量对制品的微观结构、力学性能、加工流动性以及透明性的影响,以期得到合适的胶含量。结果表明:胶含量的增加使体系黏度迅速上升,缩短相转变发生时间并改变制品的相结构,使橡胶相粒径增大,树脂相分子量分布变宽。制品的力学性能、耐热性、加工流动性、光学性能受胶含量的变化影响较大,制品的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、维卡软化点、熔体流动速率随胶含量增加呈现下降趋势,冲击强度随胶含量增加而增大。胶含量在12%~14%时,制品的光学性能较好。胶含量在12%~14%时,MABS树脂的综合性能最佳。MABS resin was prepared by bulk polymerization using solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber,styrene,acrylonitrile and methyl methacrylate monomers.The rubber content in the formula was adjusted to explore the effect of rubber content on the microstructure,mechanical properties,processing fluidity and transparency of the product,in order to obtain the appropriate rubber content.The results show that the increase of rubber content makes the viscosity of the system rise rapidly,shortens the time of phase transition and changes the phase structure of the product,increases the particle size of the rubber phase and broadens the molecular weight distribution of the resin phase.The mechanical properties,heat resistance,processing fluidity and optical properties of the products are greatly affected by the change of rubber content.The tensile strength,bending strength,Vicat softening point and melt flow rate of the products are decreased with the increase of rubber content,and the impact strength is increased with the increase of rubber content.When the rubber content is 12%~14%,the optical properties of the product are better.When the rubber content is 12%~14%,the comprehensive performance of MABS resin is the best.
