摘 要:通过电木回料填充来改性绝缘聚乙烯(PE),制备了PE/电木回料复合材料,并研究了该复合材料的绝缘性能、力学性能、耐热性能和阻燃性能。结果表明:随着电木回料增加,复合材料的电绝缘性能和阻燃性能不断提高,力学性能先增加后降低,热老化拉伸性能先提高后降低,热分解温度不断提高。为了满足绝缘PE复合材料产品标准要求,电木回料的最佳掺量为30%,PE/电木回料复合材料(4#)的体积电阻率和介电常数分别为5.81×10^(14)Ω·m和3.6。与纯PE复合材料相比,4#试样的拉伸强度、拉伸屈服应力和断裂拉伸应变分别提高90.9%、68.6%和49.6%;热老化后拉伸强度和断裂拉伸应变分别提高170.7%和102.6%,热分解温度提高159℃;阻燃等级达到B1级。Insulating polyethylene(PE)was modified by filling with bakelite recycled material,and PE/bakelite recycled composites were prepared.The insulation properties,mechanical properties,heat resistance and flame retardancy of the composites were studied.The results show that the electrical insulation and flame retardant properties of the composites are continuously improved with the increase of the bakelite recycled material,the mechanical properties of the composites increase first and then decrease.The thermal aging tensile properties of the composites increase first and then decrease,and the thermal decomposition temperature increase continuously.In order to meet the standard requirements of insulating PE composite products,the optimum content of bakelite recycled material is 30%.The volume resistivity and dielectric constant of PE/bakelite recycled material composite(4#)are 5.81×10^(14)Ω·m and 3.6,respectively.Compared with pure PE composites,the tensile strength,tensile yield stress and fracture tensile strain of 4#sample is increased by 90.9%,68.6%and 49.6%respectively.After thermal aging,the tensile strength and tensile strain at break is increased by 170.7%and 102.6%,respectively,and the thermal decomposition temperature is increased by 159℃.The flame retardant grade reaches B1.
