摘  要:聚乳酸(PLA)作为一种生物可降解材料,具有优异的生物相容性、高力学强度和良好的加工性能,但其硬而脆的属性限制其在一些领域的应用。文章综述了近年来采用物理方法对PLA增韧改性的研究进展,重点探讨了加入成核剂、柔性聚合物、核壳结构材料及通过构建立构复合晶体、“shish-kebab”晶体等技术对PLA增韧改性的影响,并对相关增韧机理进行总结。指出在通过PLA结构方面着手改善韧性拓宽其应用范围时,应注重其改性方法的便捷性、成本以及实现PLA材料具有优异韧性的同时兼具较高的强度。As a biodegradable material,polylactic acid(PLA)has excellent biocompatibility,high mechanical strength and good processing performance,but its hard and brittle properties limit its application in some fields.The research progresses of toughening modification of PLA by physical methods in recent years are reviewed.The effects of adding nucleating agent,flexible polymer,core-shell structure material,constructing stereo composite crystal and'shish-kebab'crystal on toughening modification of PLA are discussed,and the related toughening mechanism is summarized.It is pointed out that when improving the toughness of PLA structure to broaden its application range,attention should be paid to the convenience and cost of its modification method and the realization of PLA material with excellent toughness and high strength.
