摘 要:相转移催化反应因具备反应条件温和产率高等优点,已成为制备环氧树脂的主要方法。综述了以相转移催化法(二步法)制备环氧树脂反应过程中的主要影响因素,以期为制备高品质环氧树脂提供借鉴。结果表明:二步法反应时间短、操作稳定、温度波动小、易于控制,制得环氧树脂的纯度、色泽和产率高。针对醚化阶段,催化剂的用量通常为反应物质量的1%~3%,ECH与醇/酚的物质的量比应控制在6∶1~12∶1之间,反应温度可设置为70~95℃,醚化时间为3~4 h。而对于闭环反应阶段,通常反应温度范围在55~90℃,反应时间为2~3 h,可有效抑制副反应,提高环氧树脂的产率。Phase transfer catalytic reaction has become the main method for preparing epoxy resin due to its advantages of mild reaction conditions and high yield.The main influence factors in the reaction process of preparing epoxy resin by phase transfer catalysis(two-step method)are reviewed in order to provide reference for the preparation of high quality epoxy resin.The results show that the two-step method has the advantages of short reaction time,stable operation,small temperature fluctuation and easy control,and the purity,color and yield of epoxy resin are high.For the etherification stage,the amount of catalyst is usually 1%~3%of the reactant mass,the molar ratio of ECH to alcohol/phenol should be controlled between 6∶1~12∶1,the reaction temperature can be set at 70~95℃,and the etherification time is 3~4 h.For the closed-loop reaction stage,the reaction temperature range is usually 55~90℃,and the reaction time is 2~3 h,which can effectively inhibit the side reactions and improve the yield of epoxy resin.
