摘　　要：针对传统的聚氨酯在高透明要求的应用中受到限制的缺点,高透明聚氨酯弹性体的制备和性能成为研究热点。文章介绍聚氨酯弹性体材料软段、硬段结构和分子设计及热历程等因素对透明性的影响,指出透明聚氨酯弹性体的合成实质是保证力学性能优良的前提下,最大限度地控制微相分离程度。文章综述了透明聚氨酯弹性体性能研究的进展,展望高透明聚氨酯弹性体材料的应用前景。In view of the shortcomings of traditional polyurethane in the application of high transparency requirements,the preparation and properties of high transparency polyurethane elastomers have become a research hotspot.The effects of soft segment,hard segment structure,molecular design and thermal history of polyurethane elastomer materials on transparency are introduced.It is pointed out that the synthesis of transparent polyurethane elastomer is to control the degree of microphase separation to the greatest extent under the premise of ensuring excellent mechanical properties.The research progress of transparent polyurethane elastomer properties is reviewed,and the application prospect of high transparent polyurethane elastomer materials is prospected.
