盘扣式与扣件式钢管支架结构对比及经济性研究

摘　　要：目前,工程领域应用较多的模板支架体系有扣件式钢管支架和盘扣式钢管支架,这两种支架都有各自的适用范围和优缺点,基于此,文章从两种支架结构形式、结构优缺点和经济性等方面进行对比分析研究,研究表明盘扣式支架具有承载能力强、节点受力均衡、搭拆简便快捷、工效高等优点,其搭设工效约为扣件式支架的2倍,拆除工效约为扣件式支架的2.1倍;租赁费方面盘扣式支架较扣件式支架高出30.4%,综合费用方面则扣件式支架高出31%。At present,the template support system widely used in the engineering fi eld includes fastener steel pipe bracket and disc buckle steel pipe bracket.These two kinds of bracket have their own scope of application,advantages and disadvantages.Based on this,comparative analysis and research are carried out from the structural forms,structural advantages and disadvantages and economic aspects of the two kinds of bracket.The research shows that the disk-buckle bracket has the advantages of strong bearing capacity,balanced joint force,simple and quick disassembly,and high effi ciency.The erection effi ciency is about 2 times of that of fasteners bracket,and the removal effi ciency is about 2.1 times of that of fasteners bracket.The rental cost of disc bracket is 30.4%higher than that of fastener bracket,and the comprehensive cost is 31%higher than that of fastener bracket.
