摘 要:文章结合某在建铁路多座隧道二衬钢筋连接现场施工,主要对二衬钢筋接头挤压套筒施工技术进行研究,采用挤压机将套筒挤压变形,通过套筒与钢筋承压咬合作用,将一根钢筋中的力传递至另一根钢筋的连接方法。通过对挤压连接好的试件抽样进行极限抗拉强度试验,优化施工工艺工装,得出最佳施工参数,从而解决施工过程中常见的工效较低、安全性较低、质量难以满足设计及规范的要求的问题。In this paper,combined with the construction site of several railway tunnels under construction,the construction technology of the joint extrusion sleeve of the second lining steel bar is mainly studied.The telescopic deformation of the sleeve is used by an extruder.Through the occlusal action of the sleeve and the steel bar,the force in one steel bar is transferred to another steel bar.Through the ultimate tensile strength test of the specimens with good extrusion connection,the construction process tooling is optimized and the optimal construction parameters are obtained.In order to solve the common construction process of low effi ciency,low safety,quality is diffi cult to meet the requirements of the design and specifi cation.
