摘  要:国内垃圾焚烧电厂常遇到焚烧炉处理能力与余热锅炉出力不匹配的问题,垃圾热值实际比设计值高,炉膛结焦导致受热面吸热差而造成过热器入口烟温偏高,种种原因导致垃圾焚烧余热炉负荷难以达到设计额定量,制约了垃圾焚烧量。文章通过真实的受热面改造案例,分析焚烧余热炉改造可行方向和注意事项。Domestic waste incineration power plants often encounter that the treatment capacity of the incinerator does not match the output of the waste heat boiler,the actual calorifi c value of the waste is higher than the design value,the furnace coking leads to the diff erential heat absorption of the heating surface,resulting in the high fl ue gas temperature at the superheater inlet,and various reasons lead to the diffi culty of the waste incineration waste heat boiler load to reach the design amount,thus restricting the waste incineration quantity.This paper analyzes the feasible direction and precautions of the incineration waste heat furnace transformation through a real heating surface transformation case.
