水喷雾系统在白酒陶坛酒库中的应用

摘　　要：在我国酒业发展过程中,为保证白酒存储的安全性,需积极做好消防安全系统部署,分析酒库特点,选择科学的消防系统。水喷雾消防系统不仅可以保证消防效果,还可以保护酒库存储物,在具体应用中结合土建结构综合考虑,尽量保证建筑死角部位的喷雾消防效果。文章以茅台“十三五”技改工程为背景,阐述水喷雾系统技术的应用、施工注意事项、日常运行维护等,可为类似工程提供参考。In the development of China’s liquor industry,in order to ensure the safety of liquor storage,it is necessary to do a good job of fi re safety system deployment,analyze the characteristics of wine storage,and choose scientifi c fi re system.The water spray fi re fi ghting system can not only ensure the fi re fi ghting eff ect,but also protect the storage of the wine store.In the specifi c application,combined with the comprehensive consideration of civil structure,the spray fi re fi ghting eff ect of the dead corner of the construction.With the background of Moutai’s“13th Five-Year”technical renovation project as the background,this paper expounds the application of water spray system technology,construction precautions,daily operation and maintenance,etc.,which can be used as a reference for similar projects.
