摘　　要：针对大型商业综合体首层疏散楼梯间不能直通室外的问题,结合工程实际,提出采用有顶棚的步行街模式、设置避难走道、设置扩大前室等解决方案。以某大型商业综合体为例,对其首层疏散楼梯间无法直通室外的问题进行分析研究并提出优化方案,并通过数值模拟分析对方案的可行性进行判定。本文可为大型商业综合体的建筑设计提供合理建议,也可为类似工程的防火设计提供参考。In view of the problem that the evacuation staircases on the first floor of large commercial complexes that cannot directly lead to the outdoors,this paper proposes solutions such as adopting the pedestrian street mode,setting up refuge walkways and setting up enlarged front rooms based on engineering practice.Taking a large commercial complex as an example,the problem that the evacuation staircase on the first floor that cannot directly lead to the outside is analyzed and researched,an optimization scheme is proposed,and the feasibility of the scheme is judged by numerical simulation software.This paper provides reasonable suggestions for the architectural design of large commercial complexes,and also provides references for the fire protection design of similar projects.
