摘  要:2022年国铁集团印发的《“十四五”铁路网络安全和信息化规划》文件中,物联网被确定为我国铁路行业新一代信息技术的重点应用方向。为推进铁路行业检测仪表信息化、自动化、智能化进程,文章基于物联网平台的技术特点,结合检测仪表的接入需求,探讨了基于物联网平台的检测仪表数据适配接入方法。通过构建物模型的方式对各种仪表的性质属性及业务数据进行抽象定义,基于模型对仪表进行配置化定义,定制化地接入SDK,减少仪表接入过程中,平台侧及仪表侧的开发成本。解决各类仪表灵活、规范、低成本的接入需求,提升铁路仪表检测的作业效率。为检测仪表数据的自动化采集、深度分析、挖掘和应用奠定了基础,助力铁路智能化运维体系的建设。In the"14th Five-Year Plan"Railway Network Security and Informatization Document issued by China National Railway Group in 2022,the Internet of Things is identified as the key application direction of the new generation of information technology in China's railway industry.In order to promote the informatization,automation,and intelligence of railway industry testing instruments,Based on the technical characteristics of the Internet of Things platform and combined with the access requirements of testing instruments,this paper discusses the data adaptation and access method of testing instruments based on the Internet of Things platform.This paper abstractly defines the properties,attributes and business data of various meters by constructing object models,configures and defines meters based on the model,and customizes access to SDK to reduce the development of the platform side and the meter side during the process of meter access cost.To solve the flexible,standardized,and low-cost access requirements of various instruments,and improve the operational efficiency of railway instrument detection.It has laid a foundation for the automatic collection,in-depth analysis,mining and application of testing instrument data,and facilitated the construction of an intelligent operation and maintenance system for railway industry.
