后摩尔时代“算网一体”发展展望与思考

摘　　要：受工艺、材料等客观因素影响,摩尔定律面临失效,算网产业正进入后摩尔时代,算网融合成为全面数字化发展的关键破局之路。中国电信运营商作为数字信息基础设施建设的国家队和主力军,肩负着建设现代化中国的重要使命,尤其需要前瞻性考虑如何加速算网一体产业发展。通过文献研究、案例研究等方式,文章进一步明确了算网产业发展的新特点,分析了国际、国内算网产业差异化的发展路线。最后,结合国内发展特点,强调指出中国运营商应抓住发展机遇,在算网核心技术攻关、产业生态构建、商业模式创新三方面深化探索的发展思考,持续引导算网一体产业融合发展。Affected by objective factors such as technologies and materials,Moore's Law is facing failure,the computing network industry is entering the post-Moore era,and computing network integration has become the key road for comprehensive digital development.As the national team and main force in digital information infrastructure construction,Chinese telecom operators shoulder the important mission of building a modern China,and especially need to consider how to accelerate the development of the integrated computing and network industry.Through literature research and case studies,this paper further clarifies the new characteristics of the development of the computing network industry,and analyzes the different development routes of the international and domestic computing network industries.Finally,based on the characteristics of domestic development,it is emphasized that Chinese operators should seize the development opportunities,deepen the development thinking of exploration in three aspects:core technology research,industrial ecological construction,and business model innovation,and continue to guide the integrated development of computing-network industry.
