摘 要:某水电站发电机出口断路器频繁发生拒合“软”故障。文章针对这一问题从电气控制与断路器机构两方面着手进行故障原因分析查找及处理。通过排除法,紧密结合故障现象,对断路器同期合闸过程中涉及的监控同期装置、保护系统及断路器电气控制回路、断路器机构等各部分逐一进行分析排查,锁定断路器“工作/试验”位置合闸闭锁连杆位移这一故障原因。通过机构微调,消除断路器同期合闸不成功的缺陷。The“soft”fault occurs frequently in the outlet circuit breaker of the generator of a Hydropower Station.Aiming at this problem,this paper analyzes and deals with the causes of faults from two aspects of electrical control and circuit breaker mechanism.By elimination,closely coupled with the phenomenon of failure,the monitoring and control synchronizer,protection system,circuit breaker electrical control circuit and circuit breaker mechanism involved in the process of circuit breaker synchronizing closing are analyzed and investigated one by one.The cause of this fault is the closing lock linkage displacement at the“work/test”position of the locked circuit breaker.Through fine adjustment of the mechanism,the defect of unsuccessful closing of the circuit breaker at the same time is elimina ted.
