摘　　要：搪玻璃反应釜具有耐强酸强碱腐蚀性能和优异的绝缘性,在化工、医药、食品等行业被广泛应用。搪玻璃反应釜釉层发生局部破损后需进行现场局部修理,分析了搪玻璃反应釜因为操作不当导致搪玻璃釉层破损的原因,介绍了当前搪玻璃反应釜现场局部修理时常用的较为成熟的涂料修复技术和热喷涂快速修补技术,阐述了两种局部修补技术的基本原理和工艺流程。Glass-lined reactor had strong acid and alkali corrosion resistance and excellent insulation,and was widely used in chemical,pharmaceutical,food and other industries.After the local damage of the glaze layer of the glass-lined reactor occurred,it was necessary to carry out on-site local repair.The reasons for the damage of the glaze layer of the glass-lined reactor due to improper operation were analyzed.The relatively mature coating repair technology and thermal spraying rapid repair technology commonly used in the on-site local repair of the glass-lined reactor were introduced,and the basic principle and process flow of the two local repair technologies were described.
