摘 要:为了探究固定式管板弯曲变形对换热管拉脱力不均匀性的影响,采用ANSYS软件建立了固定管板式换热器的有限元模型,在管板满足强度要求的前提下,通过改变管程压力分析了换热管轴向力在管板不同弯曲变形程度下的分布规律。结果显示:管板弯曲变形使得管板中心区域管道受压力作用,外围管道受拉力作用,随着弯曲变形程度增加,管道轴向承载不均匀性加剧;管板中心区域管道受压力作用,将引起外围区域换热管的附加拉力,该附加拉力值与管壳程压力引起的拉力值相当,不容忽略。In order to explore the influence of fixed tube sheet bending deformation on the nonuniformity of pull-off force of heat exchanger tubes,the finite element model of fixed tube sheet heat exchanger was established by using ANSYS.On the premise that the tube sheet met the strength requirements,the distribution of axial force of heat exchanger tubes under different bending deformation degrees of tube sheet was analyzed by changing the tube sheet pressure.The results showed that the bending deformation of the tube sheet made the pipe in the center of the tube sheet subject to pressure and the peripheral pipe subject to tension.With the increase of the bending deformation degree,the non-uniformity of the axial load of the pipe increased.The pressure acting on the pipe in the central area of the tube sheet would cause the additional tension of the heat exchange pipe in the peripheral area,which was equivalent to the tension value caused by the pressure on the tube sheet side and could not be ignored.
