摘  要:目的比较2020年初实施新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控前后眉山市细菌性痢疾的发病季节分布及流行高峰变化,为疾病防控提供参考。方法收集并整理2017—2021年眉山市细菌性痢疾发病数据,运用集中度和圆形分布法计算,χ^(2)检验、Watson-William检验及Raleigh′s-test检验作统计学分析。结果2017—2021年眉山市细菌性痢疾报告发病率为4.946/10万,2017—2019年报告发病率逐年缓升,2020年报告发病率迅速下降,2021年降低至2.474/10万;有一定的季节性(M=0.423),集中度M值逐年变小,6月14日为发病高峰日,各年的高峰日期不全相同(P<0.05);在4月4日—8月28日流行,流行跨度有延长趋势。结论2020年新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控实施以来,眉山市细菌性痢疾年发病率逐年降低,在夏秋季高发,集中程度逐弱,发病高峰月份仍相对集中(6—7月),发病高峰日及流行时间跨度有后延及扩大趋势,提示菌痢的季节性流行仍会存在,防控力度强化后季节性逐渐模糊。Objective To compare the seasonal distribution and peak of bacillary dysentery in Meishan City before and after the implementation of COVID-19 prevention and control in early 2020,and to provide reference for disease prevention and control.Methods The incidence data of bacillary dysentery in Meishan City from 2017 to 2021 were collected and collated.The concentration and circular distribution methods were used for calculation,and Watson-William test and Raleigh's test were used for statistical analysis.Results From 2017 to 2021,the reported incidence of bacillary dysentery in Meishan City was 4.946 per 105,and the reported incidence of bacillary dysentery increased gradually from 2017 to 2019.The reported incidence of bacillary dysentery decreased rapidly in 2020,and decreased to 2.4772 per 105 in 2021.There was a certain seasonality(M=0.423),and the M value of concentration decreased year by year. June 14th was the peak day, and thepeak date of each year was not all the same (P<0.05) . It was popular from April 4th to August28th,and the epidemic span had a lengthening trend. Conclusions Since the implementation of theprevention and control of COVID- 19 in 2020, the annual incidence of bacillary dysentery inMeishan City has decreased year by year,and the incidence is higher in summer and autumn,thedegree of concentration is decreasing. The peak months of the incidence are still relativelyconcentrated (June- July), and the peak days of the incidence and the time span of the epidemichave a trend of later extension and expansion,it indicates that the seasonal prevalence of bacillarydysentery will still exist,and the seasonality is gradually blurred after the intensified prevention andcontrol efforts.
