摘　　要：目的 检测评估阜新市放射诊断设备性能现状,确保影像设备正常并控制有害效应。方法 2021—2022年随机选取阜新市52台放射诊断设备,依据《医用X射线诊断设备质量控制检测规范》、《X射线计算机体层摄影装置质量控制检测规范》性能指标开展质量控制检测,并对检测结果进行分析,采用SPSS 17.0软件对结果进行统计学分析,率的比较采用χ^(2)检验,检验水准α=0.05。结果 52台放射诊断设备质量控制检测结果中,整机合格率为DR机82.4%(14/17)、透视机80.0%(12/15)、CT机93.3%(14/15)和牙科机100.0%(5/5);单项检测指标合格率为DR机88.2%~100.0%、透视机80.0%~100.0%、CT机93.3%~100.0%和牙科机100.0%。结论 检测结果反应了阜新市放射诊断设备性能现状,由此可知定期开展质量控制检测的重要性。Objective To detect and evaluate the current performance of diagnostic radiological equipment in Fuxin City,and to keep the imaging equipment normal and control the harmful effects.Methods From 2021 to 2022,a total of 52 diagnostic radiological equipments were randomly selected in Fuxin City.The quality control test was carried out and the test results were analyzed according to the performance indexes of Quality Control and Testing Specification for Medical X-ray Diagnostic Equipment and Quality Control and Testing Specification for X-ray Computerized Tomography Equipment.SPSS 17.0 was used to statistically analyze the results,and the test level wasα=0.05.Results The quality control test results of the 52 diagnostic radiological equipment showed that,the qualified rate of the whole machine was 82.4%(14/17)for DR(digital radiography)machine,80.0%(12/15)for fluoroscopy machine,93.3%(14/15)for CT(computed tomography)machine and 100.0%(5/5)for dental machine,respectively.The qualified rate of single test index was 88.2%-100.0%for DR machine,80.0%-100.0%for fluoroscopy machine,93.3%-100.0%for CT machine and 100.0%for dental machine,respectively.Conclusions The test results reflected the current performance of diagnostic radiological equipment in FuxinCity,which indicates the importance of regular quality control test.
