摘  要:目的 采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪(Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry,GFAAS)自动进样器的在线富集功能,改进GFASS测定饮用水中铊元素的方法。方法 取10 ml水样添加0.1 ml硝酸,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪在线富集功能进样测定,测定结果与国标方法(GB/T 5750.6-2006)进行比较。比较采用t检验,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 标准曲线相关系数r值>0.999,方法检出限为0.023μg/L,加标回收率为97%~105%,相对标准偏差为1.74%~6.31%。用多次注入在线富集法对水质铊标准样品进行了检测,测定结果在证书标准值范围内,本法测量结果与国标法测量结果差异无统计学意义。结论 在线富集GFAAS法测定饮用水中铊元素具有快速、准确度高、检出限低的特性,能满足饮用水中的铊元素检测。Objective To establish and improve the determination method of thallium elements in drinking water by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAAS)with on-line concentration of automatic sampler.Methods Take 10ml of sample and add 0.1ml nitric acid,the drinking water sample was injected into graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy(GFAAS)for analysis with on-line concentration,the detection results with this method was compare with national standard methods(GB/T5750.6—2006),t test was used for comparison,and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results The standard curve correlation coefficients r>0.999,and the limit of detection was 0.23μg/L.The recovery rates were 97~105%,and the relative standard deviations were 1.74~6.31%.The reference materials of thallium were tested by multiple injection on-line concentration method,and the result was within the standard value of certificate,there was no statistical significance on the difference of results between the method and the national standard method.Conclusions The proposed method of thallium in drinking water by GFAAS with on-line concentration was characterized by high speed,high accuracy and low detection limit,it can meet the need of determination for thallium in drinking water.
