露营情境下游憩健康效益感知量表的修订和信效度检验——以上海东平森林公园露营地为例

摘　　要：在健康中国的背景下,探讨户外游憩活动的健康益处能够为制定更好的规划策略提供研究基础。文章以上海东平森林公园露营地为案例地,引入游憩健康效益感知量表,检验该量表在国内背景下的适用性和可靠性,从而修订适合我国露营活动的健康效益感知量表。研究结果表明:中文版游憩健康效益感知量表适用于露营活动,通过对初始量表进行探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析,修订得到包含15个题项、3个维度的露营健康效益感知量表,该量表具有理想的信效度,能够为露营活动的健康效益研究提供可靠的工具。In the context of healthy China,exploring the health benefits of outdoor recreation activities can provide a research basis for developing better planning strategies.This study investigates the applicability of the Perceived Health Outcomes Scale in China in the context of camping activities.Through field surveys and questionnaires to collect data from Shanghai Dongping Forest Park,conducting exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis of the initial scale.After analyzing and revising,the Camping Perceived Health Outcomes Scale with 15 items and 3 dimensions was obtained,which provides a tool for the research on the health benefit of camping activities.The article concludes with management recommendations for campsite builders.
