摘  要:设计研制了一种新型外压容器失稳实验装置,用于测量外压容器失稳时的临界压力值。介绍了该装置的主要结构、密封部件、工作原理及其操作应用,运用ANSYS软件对该装置的密封部件进行了分析计算和强度校核。实践表明,该装置的密封部件性能良好可靠,可完成容器在真空状态和外压状态两种工况下的失稳。A new type of an experimental device for instability of external pressure vessels has been designed and developed,which is used to measure the critical pressure value of external pressure vessels.This paper introduces the main structure,sealing components,working principle and operation application of the device.The sealing structure of the device is analyzed,calculated and strength checked by ANSYS software and through the ANSYS software and the stress of the sealing structure of the device is obtained.The results shows that the sealing components of the device have good and reliable performance,which can complete the instability of the vessel under vacuum and external pressure conditions.
