摘  要:Ferrium S53钢是一种具有卓越性能的第三代超高强度不锈钢。文章针对采用真空感应炉冶炼的添加稀土La的Ferrium S53钢,采用金相显微镜和扫描电镜研究了稀土La对二次硬化超高强度钢中夹杂物种类和分布的影响。结果表明,加La稀土后,钢中硫和全氧质量分数均降低了0.0005%,降低率分别达到了29.4%和35.7%。钢中97%以上的夹杂物尺寸小于5 m,80.5%的夹杂物为LaAlO_(3)和LaAlO_(3)-La_(2)O_(2)S复合夹杂物,还存在少量Al_(2)O_(3)和MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)夹杂物。但钢中大尺寸夹杂物增多、平均直径变大,夹杂物的平均直径由不加La的1.35 m增加到1.72 m,夹杂物的体积分数由0.29%增加到0.49%。Ferrium S53 steel is the third-generation ultra-high strength stainless steel with excellent performance.In this paper,the influence of rare earth Lanthanum on the type and distribution of inclusions in secondary hardening ultra-high strength steel,melted in a vacuum induction furnace,has been studied by means of metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope for Ferrium S53 steel with or without La added.The results showed that the mass fraction of sulfur and total oxygen in steel decreases by 0.0005%after adding Lanthanum,and the reduction rates reach 29.4%and 35.7%respectively.More than 97 percent of the inclusion diameters are less than 5μm,80.5 percent of the inclusions are LaAlO_(3)and LaAlO_(3)-La_(2)O_(2)S,and there are also a small amount of Al_(2)O_(3)and MgO-Al_(2)O_(3).However,the numbers of large inclusions and their average diameter both increase.The average diameter of inclusions increases from 1.35μm without La to 1.72μm,and the volume fraction of inclusions increases from 0.29%to 0.49%.
