摘 要:以芴酮和苯酚为原料,采用自制的杂多酸11-钨钛合钛酸为催化剂,3-巯基丙酸为助催化剂,合成双酚芴。考察了原料摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂和助催化剂用量等因素对双酚芴的纯度和产率的影响,得到最佳的反应条件。新催化剂催化效果好,产品质量好、产率高。把新合成的双酚芴代替双酚A用于聚碳酸酯的合成中,实验结果表明双酚芴可明显改善聚碳酸酯的耐热性能。The synthesis of 9,9-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)fluorene is studied by using fluorenone and phenol as the raw materials,homemade heteropoly acid 11-tungsten-titanium as the catalyst and 3-mercaptopropionic acid as the cocatalyst.The effect of molar ratio of raw material,reaction temperature,reaction time,dosage of catalyst and cocatalyst on the purity and yield of 9,9-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)fluorene were investigated,and the optimal reaction conditions were obtained.The results showed that the new catalyst has great catalytic effect,the product has high quality and yield.The product was used in the synthesis of polycarbonate instead of bisphenol A,showing that 9,9-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)fluorene can obviously improve the heat resistance of polycarbonate.
