摘 要:矿井通风系统作为矿山重要系统之一,对保障矿山生产安全、提高工作面环境质量有着重要作用。针对黑山铁矿露天转地下矿井通风问题,提出两套通风系统方案,对两方案分别进行风网解算和风机选型,并从工程量、通风质量和经济性三方面进行对比分析。结果表明:方案二工程量较小,经济合理,技术可行性强,可以保障该矿50万t/a生产能力的通风要求。As one of the important systems in mines,mine ventilation system plays a key role in ensuring production safety and improving working face environmental quality.Aiming at the ventilation problem of Heishan Iron Mine from open pit to underground mine,two sets of ventilation system schemes were proposed.The air network calculation and fan selection were carried out respectively for the two schemes,and the comparative analysis was made from three aspects:engineering quantity,ventilation quality and economy.The results showed that the second project is small,economical and reasonable,and has strong technical feasibility.It can guarantee the ventilation requirement of the mine's production capacity of 500,000 t/a.
