不同利用方式下典型草原土壤线虫多样性分析

摘  要:在土地不同利用方式放牧(CG)、对照(CK)、刈割(TG)下,利用高通量测序技术分析内蒙古典型草原中土壤线虫多样性,并检测分析不同利用方式下的土壤理化性质,以探讨不同利用方式下内蒙古典型草原土壤线虫与土壤理化性质的相关关系。结果表明:土壤线虫的数量和多样性随草地利用方式不同产生差异,CG和TG有利于土壤线虫的生长和发育,CK中土壤线虫数量和多样性较高。土壤全磷(TP)对不同利用方式的响应较小,且对土壤线虫的影响较低。TG和CK条件下土壤有机质(OM)、全钾(TK)、速效氮(AN)含量显著高于CG条件,CG条件下速效磷(AP)含量显著高于TG,其中有机质(OM)对土壤线虫影响较大。To reveal the correlation between the composition of soil nematodes and the soil physical and chemical properties in the typical grassland of Inner Mongolia under the different way of utilization,namely grazing(CG),control(CK)and cutting(TG),the high-throughput sequencing was used for identification and analysis of the soil nematodes and the soil physical and chemical properties were analyzed.The results showed that the number and diversity of soil nematodes varied with the different utilization ways,grazing and cutting were beneficial to the growth and development of soil nematodes,and the number and diversity of soil nematodes were higher under control condition.The physical and chemical determination revealed that the total phosphorus(TP)was less relative to different way of utilization and soil nematodes was less sensitive to the total phosphorus;the content of organic matter(OM),total potassium(TK)and available nitrogen(AN)under cutting and control condition was significantly higher than that under grazing condition,and the content of available phosphorus(AP)under grazing condition was significantly higher than that under cutting condition;the content of organic matter greatly influenced on the soil nematodes.
