摘 要:以某矿为研究对象,针对采用现有支护方案后,巷道处于不稳定状态,且支护成本高的问题,在对锚杆参数理论分析的基础上,优化设计锚杆支护方案。从经济性方面考虑,优化后的支护方案,可节约成本约164元/m;从锚杆所受轴力值考虑,优化前后锚杆所受最大轴力值相差较小,但是都远小于锚杆设计的轴力值,且优化后的锚杆最大轴力值较大,这也表明优化后的技术方案更能够将锚杆的受力钢筋性能发挥出来。Taking a mine as an object,after analyzing the existing support scheme,it is found that the roadway is in an unstable state and the support cost is high.Therefore,based on the theoretical analysis of anchor rod parameters,the anchor rod support scheme is optimally designed.In terms of economy,the optimized support scheme can save about 164 Yuan/m.In terms of the axial force value of anchor rod,the difference between the maximum axial force value of anchor rod before and after optimization is small,but both are much smaller than the axial force value of anchor rod design,and the maximum axial force value of anchor rod after optimization is larger,which also shows that the optimized technical scheme can bring out the performance of anchor rod's stressing steel.
