摘 要:基于镐型截齿截割煤层时速度的变化,通过PFC展开了关于不同截割速度对煤岩截割过程的影响相关研究。通过研究结果可以看出,当煤岩被截割时,截齿的截割速度是下降的趋势,且是非线性的;如果采煤机的牵引速度一定,适当提升采煤机滚筒角速度的大小可以使截齿的受力情况得到改善;如果采煤机滚筒角速度一定,增大采煤机的牵引速度,会使得截割比能耗得到一定程度的降低。A study on the effect of different cutting speeds on the cutting process of coal rock was carried out by PFC based on the change of speed of the pick cutter when cutting the coal seam.The results show that when the coal rock is cut,the cutting speed of the cutter teeth is decreasing and non-linear;if the traction speed of the coal miner is certain,increasing the angular speed of the coal miner drum can improve the force situation of the cutter teeth;if the angular speed of the coal miner drum is certain,increasing the traction speed of the coal miner will reduce the energy consumption of the cutting ratio to a certain extent.
