摘  要:针对目前超前液压支架的被动支护和锚杆主动支护匹配度差、支护效率低的问题,在对巷道超前工作面变形情况进行分析的基础上,以非等强支护维护为核心指导对液压支架的支护结构进行优化,提出了新的凸凹配合结构,提高了超前液压支架的支护可靠性。根据实际应用表明,新的支护结构能够将井下围岩变形量降低44.6%。For the current problems of poor matching of passive support and anchor active support of overrun hydraulic bracket and low support eficiency,based on the analysis of the deformation of the overrun working face of the roadway,the support structure of hydraulic bracket is optimized with the core guidance of non-equal strength support maintenance,and a new convex and concave matching structure is proposed to improve the support reliability of overrun hydraulic bracket,and according to the practical application,the new support According to the practical application,the new support structure can reduce the deformation of underground surrounding rock by 44.6%.
