摘  要:为了积极改善生态环境,同时在一定程度上满足社会经济发展对林业资源的需求,基于蚯蚓的生物机理,通过对其外形特征、运动机理等进行仿生学研究,提出了一种在土质环境下仿蚯蚓翻土装置。该装置利用连杆机构的增力特性实现在土质环境中作业,解决小型翻土设备携带微型驱动器时功率不足的矛盾,采用凸轮机构实现翻土功能。该设备具有结构简单、紧凑、柔度大、需求动力小等优点。With the continuous enhancement of people's awareness of environmental protection,in order to actively improve the ecological environment and meet the needs of social and economic development for forestry resources to a certain extent,based on the biological mechanism of earthworms,and through the bionic research on its shape characteristics and motion mechanism,this paper puts forward a kind of soil dumping device imitating earthworms in soil environment.The device uses the force-increasing characteristics of the linkage mechanism to realize the operation in the soil environment,and solves the contradiction of insufficient power when small earth-flipping equipment carries a micro driver.The cam mechanism is used to realize the earth-flipping function.In short,the equipment has the advantages of simple structure,compact structure,large flexibility and small demand power.
