摘 要:长距离带式输送机运行工况复杂、负载大,导致输送带弹塑形变形大,需采用张紧装置给输送带一定张紧力,确保正常使用。根据带式输送机工作特点,综合变频控制、扭矩控制构建一种张紧力控制装置。该装置采用张力传感器实时监测输送带实际张紧力,PLC及变频器对张紧力进行分析并控制电机运行,实现张紧力调节。构建的张紧力控制装置结构简单、便于维护,现场应用后可满足带式输送机张紧控制需要,提升设备运行可靠性。The complex operating conditions and large loads of long-distance belt conveyors lead to large elastic-plastic deformation of the conveyor belt,so a tensioning device is needed to give a certain tensioning force to the belt to ensure normal use.According to the working characteristics of the belt conveyor,a tensioning force control device is constructed by integrating frequency control and torque control.The device adopts tension sensors to monitor the actual tensioning force of the conveyor belt in real time,and PLC and frequency converter analyze the tensioning force and control the motor operation to realize tensioning force adjustment.The constructed tensioning force control device is simple in structure and easy to maintain,and can be applied in the field to meet the needs of belt conveyor tension control and improve the reliability of equipment operation.
