摘　　要：考虑到洗煤厂皮带运输机在运行过程中会产生大量的煤尘,有必要在其结构中设置抑尘装置,以控制煤尘浓度,进而降低其对作业人员以及机械设备的损害。基于此,设计出了一种新型的皮带运输机抑尘罩,该装置主要由螺栓、薄钢板以及角钢结构等构成,主要阐述了其结构设计以及应用效果。结果表明,研制的新型带式输送机抑尘罩能达到抑尘降噪的效果,进一步改善了洗煤厂的工作环境。Considering that coal washing plant belt conveyors generate a large amount of coal dust during operation,it is necessary to install dust suppression devices in their structure to control the concentration of coal dust and thus reduce its damage to operators as well as mechanical equipment.To this end,a new type of dust suppression cover for belt conveyors has been designed,which is mainly made up of bolts,thin steel plates and angle steel structures,etc.The author mainly describes its structural design and application effects.The test results show that the new belt conveyor dust suppression cover can achieve the effect of dust and noise suppression,further improving the working environment of the coal washing plant.
