摘 要:针对目前煤矿井下采煤机截割中的行星架经常出现疲劳断裂问题,以及产生其他负面作用,以某采煤机为研究对象,通过多种方式完成行星架疲劳断裂问题的分析工作,最终得到导致此类问题的关键是零部件应力过于集中且结构强度设计缺陷两方面,并提出具体优化应对策略。经实际应用结果表明,经过优化方案的具体实施后,设备中行星架的最大应力集中降低近1/2,且强度也有明显改善。In view of the frequent fatigue fracture and other negative effects of the planetary frame in the cut-off of coal mining machines,a coal mining machine was taken as the research object,and the analysis of the fatigue fracture of the planetary frame was completed in various ways,and the key to such problems was finally obtained from the over-concentration of stress in the parts and the structural strength design defects,and specific optimization strategies were proposed.The results of the practical application show that the maximum stress concentration of the planetary frame in the equipment has been reduced by nearly 1/2 and the strength has been significantly improved after the implementation of the optimisation scheme.
