摘　　要：永红煤矿副井提升机TE163液压站没有设置并联冗余的回油通道,针对性进行副井提升机安全制动手自一体并联冗余回油装置改进。增加并联冗余回油装置后,在监测到回油及制动故障后,能自动打开电磁阀,实现自动回油,大大缩短了应急响应时间。实践应用效果理想,可为企业创造较好的效益。There is no parallel redundant oil return channel in TE163 hydraulic station of sub shaft hoist in Yonghong coal mine,so it is targeted to improve the parallel redundant oil return device of sub shaft hoist safety brakes.After adding the parallel redundant oil return device,it can automatically open the solenoid valve after monitoring the oil return and brake failure to achieve automatic oil return,which greatly shortens the emergency response time.The practical application effect is ideal and can create better benefits for the enterprise.
