摘  要:阐述了液压缸体泄压阀孔加工工艺中,一种多级台阶孔的加工效率提升的方法及改进,通过引进复合刀具代替原有钻削、铣削的加工,实现多工序合并,减少换刀次数,达到提高加工效率的目的。并涉及孔末端加工工艺清理去毛刺等方法,通过探索孔加工的全加工工艺链的方法,保证加工质量、提升加工效率、降低生产成本。A method and improvement of a multi-stage step hole processing efficiency in the hydraulic cylinder body pressure relief valve hole processing process is described,which achieves the purpose of improving the processing efficiency by introducing a composite tool instead of the original drlling and milling processing,realizing the multi-process merger and reducing the number of tool changes.It also involves the hole end processing process cleaning deburring and other methods to ensure the processing quality,processing efficiency and reduce production cost by exploring the method of the whole processing process chain of hole processing.
