摘 要:以山西某矿为研究对象,针对其井下的中央水泵房应用人工值守的缺陷进行了分析,指出人为因素可能会出现排查工作的疏漏,从而不能及时地处理设备故障以至于造成设备的损坏,影响了井下的生产效率及安全。基于此,提出一种基于PLC智能化监控系统,并将其应用到矿井中央水泵房的排水设备中。应用效果表明,该监控系统不但可以大幅降低人工的生产成本,还能借助排水系统改造后的优势增加设备的工作效率,降低其故障率。Taking a mine in Shanxi as the object of study,the shortcomings and drawbacks of using manual guarding in its underground central water pump room are analyzed,pointing out that human factors may lead to omissions in troubleshooting,thus failing to deal with equipment faults in a timely manner and causing damage to equipment,which affects the productivity and safety of the underground.Based on this,an intelligent PLC-based monitoring system is proposed and applied to the drainage equipment in the central pump room of the mine.The application results show that the monitoring system can not only significantly reduce the production cost of labour,but also increase the efficiency of the equipment and reduce its failure rate with the advantage of the renovated drainage system.
