摘　　要：矿用掘进机是采煤工作顺利开展的重要保证,为提升煤炭的开采效率,主要对掘进机电气控制系统进行结构优化,方便故障发生时及时预警。通过PLVC控制器实现对掘进机电气与液压系统的控制,优化电控装置系统,降低掘进机的故障发生率,同时为检修工作减低复杂度,保障开采过程的安全可靠。The mining roadheader is an important guarantee for the smooth operation of coal mining.In order to improve the efficiency of coal mining,the main objective is to optimize the structure of the electrical control system of the roadheader to facilitate timely warning when faults occur.The PLVC controller enables control of the electrical and hydraulic systems of the roadheader and optimises the electrical control system to reduce the incidence of roadheader failures,while reducing the complexity of maintenance work and ensuring the safety and reliability of the mining process.
