摘 要:为提高液压支架电控系统通信效率及控制效果,基于DSP、CAN总线构建一种电液控制系统,对该系统结构及通信方式进行设计,并通过仿真分析电液控制系统运行情况。将构建的电液控制系统应用到山西某矿32103采煤工作面液压支架控制中,表明该电控系统响应速度快、自动化程度高,可实现液压支架远程集中管理。研究成果可在一定程度上提升液压支架控制能力及采面顶板控制效果。In order to improve the communication efficiency and control effect of hydraulic bracket electric control system,an electro-hydraulic control system is constructed based on DSP and CAN bus,and the structure and communication mode of the system are designed,and the operation of the electro-hydraulic control system is analyzed through simulation.The constructed electro-hydraulic control system is applied to the control of hydraulic bracket in 32103 coal mining working face,and the application shows that the electro-hydraulic control system has fast response speed and high automation degree,and can realize remote centralized management of hydraulic bracket.The research results can improve the hydraulic bracket control ability and the roof control effect of the mining face to a certain extent.
