摘 要:针对矿用蓄电池电机车存在的能量消耗较大、电机容易出现故障的问题,研制出了一种基于永磁同步电机的蓄电池电机车调速系统。对永磁同步电机的控制策略进行了介绍,进一步研究了永磁同步电机调速器的运作流程,通过控制单元完成了对系统电机的控制以及安全保护措施,并采用CAN总线对信息传输方式进行了规范与简化。经由实验结果显示,本文研制的蓄电池电机车调速系统的调速性能效果显著,可以很好地应用到煤矿的生产运输中。The current problems of the mining battery motor car are analysed,a speed control system based on permanent magnet synchronous motor is developed,the control strategy of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is introduced,the operation flow of the permanent magnet synchronous motor governor is further studied,the control of the system motor and the safety protection measures are completed through the control unit,and the CAN bus is used to standardise and simplify the information In addition,the CAN bus is used to standardise and simplify the information transmission method.The experimental results show that the speed control system developed in this paper is effective and can be used in the production and transportation of coal mines.
