摘 要:带式输送机本身的设计非常复杂,它包含大量不同类别的结构部件易发生同一故障反复出现的现象,因此,提出利用振动时程测量系统对输送机传动系统进行振动速度的有效值(RMS)和振动时长信号(CREST因子)测试,解决反复出现的链条、链轮耦合缺陷故障。发现联轴器CREST因子增长达到了设备故障即将倒塌的迹象。根据测试结果,将输送机传动系统齿轮箱与驱动滚筒之间的联轴器更换为性能较高的气动弹性联轴器,更换后传动系统故障反复出现的问题得到彻底解决。The design of the belt conveyor itself is very complex,it contains a large number of different categories of structural components,prone to the same fault recurrence,therefore,it is proposed to use the vibration time measurement system to test the effective value of vibration velocity(RMS),and vibration time duration signal(CREST factor)of the conveyor drive system to solve the recurring chain and sprocket coupling defect faults.It was found that the coupling CREST factor had increased to the point where it was an indication that the equipment was about to collapse from failure.Based on the test results,the coupling between the conveyor drive system gearbox and drive drum was replaced with a higher performance pneumatic flexible coupling and the recurring drive system failure was completely resolved after replacement.
