摘  要:由于目前综采工作面跟机自动化系统受地质条件、设备因素等影响,工作中会出现电液控系统位置设置偏差、总线通信出现断点、采煤机在使用时机头及机尾出现移动等问题,提出运用综采工作面液压支架跟机自动化采煤工艺。基于自动化系统的工作原理,对中部、机头、机尾跟机自动化工艺及其应用效果进行分析。实践表明,该工艺既可提高开采工作的质量,又可保证开采工作的效率。Due to the influence of geological conditions and equipment factors on the current automation system of following machine at the comprehensive mining working face,problems such as deviations in the position setting of electro-hydraulic control system,breakpoints in bus communication and movement of the head and tail of the coal mining machine when in use can occur during work.Based on the working principle of the automation system,the automation process of the central,head and tail followers and its application effects are analysed.Practice shows that the process can both improve the quality of mining work and ensure the efficiency of mining work.
