摘 要:由于巷道掘进过断层破碎带期间面临围岩破碎、承载能力差等,容易出现冒落、片帮等问题,制约掘进效率并存在较大安全风险。基于此,以3905运输巷过F1、F2及F9断层破碎带为研究对象,提出综合使用撞锲+超前注浆方式进行超前支护,通过锚网索+钢架棚方式进行永久支护。现场应用后,巷道过断层破碎带期间围岩始终稳定,未出现冒落或者变形量大等问题,为巷道安全高效过断层破碎带创造了良好条件。Due to the problems of fractured surrounding rocks and poor bearing capacity during roadway excavation over faulted fracture zone,problems such as falling and flaky gang easily occur,which restrict the excavation efficiency and pose greater safety risks.Taking 3905 haulage lane over F1,F2 and F9 fault fracture zone as an example,the integrated use of impact chisel+over-slurrying method for over-support and anchor mesh rope+steel frame shed method for permanent support is proposed.After application on site,the surrounding rocks were always stable during the passage of the roadway through the fault fracture zone,and there were no problems such as bubble fall or large deformation,creating good conditions for the safe and efficient passage of the roadway through the fault fracture zone.
