摘  要:为适应井下复杂现场环境,对煤矿运输列车进行智能无轨自移设计,包括设备结构、液压系统以及控制系统三个方面,实现了列车系统的无轨自移、智能巡检监测、远程控制等功能,控制精度也达到了10 mm量级,大幅降低了工人劳动量,提高了设备运行的安全可靠程度。In order to apply to the complex underground site environment,the intelligent trackless self-moving design of coal mine transport train,including three aspects of equipment structure,hydraulic system and control system,has realized the trackless self-moving,intelligent inspection and monitoring,remote control and other functions of the train system,and the control accuracy has also reached 10 mm level,which has significantly reduced the labor of workers and improved the safety and reliability of equipment operation.
