摘 要:刮板输送机实际运行中会出现两侧电机一侧过载,另一侧轻载的情况,影响机器正常运转。在分析刮板输送机两侧电机电流基础上,以电流作为识别信号,计算机尾电机转速调节信号,并提出张力法调速、电机转矩调速等刮板输送机平衡控制策略。通过刮板输送机仿真模拟系统进行仿真试验分析,表明该策略有效性较高。The actual operation of the scraper conveyor will be overloaded on one side of the motor on both sides and lightly loaded on the other side,affecting the normal operation of the machine.On the basis of analyzing the motor current on both sides of the scraper,the current is used as the identification signal,the computer tail motor speed regulation signal,and the scraper conveyor balance control strategy such as tension method speed regulation and motor torque speed regulation is proposed.The effectiveness of the strategy is verified by simulation test analysis through the scraper simulation system.
