摘  要:六方氮化硼(hBN)是一种用途极广的新型陶瓷材料,具有高疏水性、导热、电绝缘、抗氧化、导热性、高化学稳定性、机械强度和储氢能力等特殊的物化性质,可广泛应用于多种研究领域。hBN具有多种不同形貌。本文按照形貌的不同分别介绍了hBN纳米片、纳米管、纳米纤维、纳米薄膜、微球以及特殊形貌hBN的合成方法及研究现状。分析了hBN制备过程中存在的不足,展望了多形貌hBN合成的发展趋势。Hexagonal boron nitride(hBN)is a new type of ceramic material with wide application.It has unique physical and chemical properties such as high hydrophobicity,thermal and electrical insulation,oxidation resistance,oxidation resistance,thermal conductivity,high chemical stability,mechanical strength and hydrogen storage capacity.It can be widely used in various research fields and there are many different morphologies of hBN.In this paper,the synthesis methods and research status of hBN nanosheets,nanotubes,nanofibers,nanofilms,microspheres and hBN with special morphologies are introduced.The shortcomings in the preparation process of hBN were analyzed,and the development trend of multi-morphology hBN synthesis was also discussed.
