摘 要:法学专业人才的就业存在就业率与就业质量不高问题,其原因在于法学专业人才培养的阶段性任务的固化,当然也受到迟滞效应、世俗化效应、错位化效应、晕轮效应的影响。法学专业人才全链条培养模式包括理念重塑、职业设置、职业分组、特性化训练、科研与社会服务参与、实习实训、职业锚定,就业工作与人才培养在全链条之中得到融合。就业导向的法学专业人才培养模式的效果需要定性检视,也需要制定指标、建构模型的定量化测度。通过持续不断的反馈机制,就业导向的法学专业人才全链条培养模式可以螺旋式提升水平。The problem of lower employment rate and employment quality lies in the solidification of the phased task of law professional talent training.There are certainly hysteresis effect,secularization effect,dislocation effect and halo effect.The whole-chain training mode of legal professionals includes concept remodeling,career setting professional grouping,characteristic training,scientific research and social service participation,practice and training,and career anchoring.The employment work and talent training are integrated in the whole chain.The effect of the employment-oriented law professional talent training mode requires aqualitative inspection,as well as the quantitative measurement of indicators and construction models.Through the continuous feedback mechanism,the whole-chain training mode of employment-oriented law professionals can be spiral up the level.
