摘 要:为了促进民用直升机新型先进电传飞行控制技术应用及其适航审定,需要开展相应设计特征、适航要求和符合性方法研究。在全面分析直升机电传飞行控制系统设计特征的基础上,提出了相应的规则和程序以展现先进数字电传飞行控制系统的适航审定方法,包括用系统安全性评估来表明对相关适航规章符合性的方法,以及针对新颖设计特征相关方面的适航要求和符合性验证方法。审定过程中需要重点审查系统安全性评估和新颖设计特征的适航性。In order to promote the application of novel advanced fly-by-wire flight control technology for the civil helicopters and its airworthiness certification,research on related design features,airworthiness requirements and methods of compliance has become a necessity.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the design features of helicopter fly-by-wire flight control systems,this paper proposes relevant rules and procedures to demonstrate the airworthiness certification methods of advanced digital fly-by-wire flight control systems,including the methods for demonstrating compliance with relevant airworthiness regulations via the system safety assessment,and the methods for airworthiness requirements and compliance verification aimed at the relevant aspects of novel design features.This research also suggests the safety assessment of the system and the airworthiness of the novel design features should be emphasized in the process of certification.
