摘 要:基于Matlab软件建立温室苦咸水淡化系统的数学模型,研究产水量与室外环境参数(室外空气温度、室外空气相对湿度、太阳辐照度)的关系。在室外干空气质量流量一定的条件下,产水量随着太阳辐照度增加而增加。当室外干空气质量流量为10~20 kg/s,太阳辐照度从400 W/m^(2)增加到1000 W/m^(2)时,产水量增加13%~29%。在相同室外干空气质量流量下,产水量随着室外空气相对湿度增加而增加。当室外空气相对湿度低于55%时,产水量随着室外干空气质量流量增加而减小;当室外空气相对湿度高于55%时,产水量随着室外干空气质量流量增加而增大。在室外空气温度为34℃、太阳辐照度为800 W/m^(2)条件下,当室外空气相对湿度从30%增加到80%时,系统产水量增加了2.5~7.0倍。室外干空气质量流量一定时,室外空气温度越高,产水量越大。当室外空气温度低于36℃时,随着室外干空气质量流量增加,产水量减小;当室外空气温度超过36℃以后,改变室外干空气质量流量对产水量影响不大。在室外相对湿度为45%、太阳辐照度为800 W/m^(2)的条件下,当室外空气温度从30℃增加到38℃时,产水量增加了1.5~2.3倍。室外环境参数改变引起的水蒸气分压力差是影响产水量的根本原因,室外环境参数对产水量的影响由大到小为室外空气相对湿度、室外空气温度、太阳辐照度。The mathematical model of greenhouse brackish water desalination system is established based on Matlab software to study the relationship between water yield and outdoor environmental parameters(outdoor air temperature,outdoor air relative humidity and solar irradiance).When the outdoor dry air mass flow is constant,the water yield increases with the increase of solar irradiance.When the outdoor dry air mass flow is 10-20 kg/s,and the solar irradiance increases from 400 W/m^(2) to 1000 W/m^(2),the water yield increases by 13%-29%.Under the same outdoor dry air mass flow,the water yield increases with the increase of outdoor air relative humidity.When the outdoor air relative humidity is lower than 55%,the water yield decreases with the increase of outdoor dry air mass flow.When the outdoor air relative humidity is higher than 55%,the water yield increases with the increase of outdoor dry air mass flow.When the outdoor air temperature is 34℃,the solar irradiance is 800 W/m^(2),and the outdoor air relative humidity increases from 30%to 80%,the water yield of the system increases by 2.5-7.0 times.When the outdoor dry air mass flow is constant,the higher the outdoor air temperature is,the greater the water yield is.When the outdoor air temperature is lower than 36℃,the water yield decreases with the increase of outdoor dry air mass flow.When the outdoor air temperature exceeds 36℃,changing the outdoor dry air mass flow has little effect on water yield.When the outdoor relative humidity is 45%,the solar irradiance is 800 W/m^(2),and the outdoor air temperature increases from 30℃to 38℃,the water yield increases by 1.5-2.3 times.The difference of water vapor partial pressure caused by the change of outdoor environmental parameters is the fundamental reason for affecting the water yield.The influence of outdoor environmental parameters on the water yield is from large to small:outdoor air relative humidity,outdoor air temperature and solar irradiance.
