摘  要:以2022年北京冬奥会延庆赛区使用的集装箱房作为研究对象,分别针对高海拔地区(海拔2177.5 m)、低海拔地区(海拔950 m)建立几何模型,利用EnergyPlus软件模拟室内温度、围护结构内表面温度、供暖能耗。结合生命周期成本法,以保温材料生命周期总成本最低为目标,计算分析不同保温材料(岩棉、挤塑聚苯板、聚氨酯板、气凝胶真空绝热板)的保温层经济厚度。集装箱房使用年限一定时,高海拔地区的保温材料保温层经济厚度、最小生命周期总成本均大于低海拔地区。保温层经济厚度由大到小的顺序为岩棉、挤塑聚苯板、聚氨酯板、气凝胶真空绝热板。气凝胶真空绝热板的最小生命周期总成本最高,岩棉的最小生命周期总成本居中,挤塑聚苯板、聚氨酯板的最小生命周期总成本接近且在4种保温材料中最低。综合考虑,聚氨酯板的综合性能最佳。Taking the container houses used in the Yanqing competition area of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics as the research object,the geometric models were established for the high altitude area(2177.5 m above sea level)and the low altitude area(950 m above sea level),and the indoor temperature,the inner surface temperature of the envelope,and the heating energy consumption were simulated using EnergyPlus software.Combined with the life cycle cost method,the economic thickness of the insulation layer of different insulation materials(rock wool,extruded polystyrene board,polyurethane board and aerogel vacuum insulation board)was calculated and analyzed with the goal of the minimum total life cycle cost of insulation materials.When the service life of container houses is fixed,the economic thickness and the minimum total life cycle cost of insulation materials in the high altitude area are greater than that in the low altitude area.The order of the economic thickness of the insulation layer from large to small is rock wool,extruded polystyrene board,polyurethane board and aerogel vacuum insulation board.The minimum total life cycle cost of aerogel vacuum insulation board is the highest,the minimum total life cycle cost of rock wool is in the middle,and the minimum total life cycle cost of extruded polystyrene board and polyurethane board is similar and the lowest among the four insulation materials.Comprehensively considered,the comprehensive performance of polyurethane board is the best.
