摘　　要：目的观察蜂针对类风湿关节炎(RA)大鼠CD40-CD40L的调控作用,探讨蜂针治疗RA的可能机制。方法30只大鼠随机分为模型组、空白组和蜂针组各10只,采用完全弗氏佐剂造模,观察各组痛阈变化、组织病理改变及滑膜组织CD40、CD40L的变化。结果与空白组比较,造模后蜂针组和模型组痛阈显著降低,组织病理改变明显,滑膜CD40、CD40L mRNA水平显著升高(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,治疗3 d后蜂针组痛阈显著升高,组织病理改善,滑膜CD40、CD40L mRNA水平显著降低(P<0.05)。结论蜂针具有镇痛作用,可以缓解RA进展,其机制可能与蜂针抑制CD40、CD40L表达有关。Objective To observe the regulation effect of bee venom acupuncture on CD40-CD40L in rheumatoid arthritis(RA)rats,and explore the possible mechanism of bee venom acupuncture on RA.Methods 30 rats were randomly divided into model group,blank group and bee venom acupuncture group,with 10 rats in each group.The model was made with complete Freund's adjuvant.The changes of pain threshold,histopathology,CD40 and CD40L in synovial tissue were observed in each group.Results Compared with the blank group,the pain threshold was significantly reduced,the histophiological changes were obvious,and the synovial CD40 and CD40L mRNA levels were significantly increased after modeling in model group and bee venom acupuncture group(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the pain threshold was significantly increased,the histophiologic changes were improved,and the synovial CD40 and CD40L mRNA levels were significantly decreased after 3 d of treatment in bee venom acupuncture group(P<0.05).Conclusions Bee venom acupuncture has analgesic effect and could alleviate the progression of RA,which mechanism might be related to the inhibition of CD40 and CD40L expression by bee venom acupuncture.
