药物降糖联合饮食、运动治疗老年2型糖尿病并带状疱疹的效果探究

摘　　要：目的分析老年2型糖尿病并带状疱疹患者治疗中药物降糖联合饮食、运动治疗的效果。方法随机选取2020年4月—2021年4月在长春市中心医院皮肤科接受治疗的老年2型糖尿病并带状疱疹患者66例为研究对象,利用硬币法将其分为对照组(n=33)及观察组(n=33)。对照组接受中西医结合治疗(阿昔洛韦+甲钴胺+疏血通注射液+西黄丸)+药物降糖治疗,观察组接受中西医结合治疗+药物降糖+饮食、运动干预。观察对比两组临床治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗30 d后,两组血糖水平均降低,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗联合药物降糖治疗基础上,加入饮食、运动干预,可促使老年2型糖尿病并带状疱疹患者血糖水平得到显著改善,临床治疗效果更加显著。Objective To analyze the effect of drug hypoglycemia combined with diet and exercise in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 and herpes zoster.Methods 66 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes and herpes zoster who were treated in the dermatology department of Changchun Central Hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were randomly selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group(n=33)and the observation group(n=33)by the coin method.The control group received the treatment of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine(acyclovir+mecobalamin+Shuxuetong injection+Xihuang pill)+drug hypoglycemic treatment,while the observation group received the treatment of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine+drug hypoglycemic+diet and exercise intervention.Observed and compared the clinical treatment effect of the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose level between the two groups(P>0.05);after 30 days of treatment,the blood glucose level in the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment combined with drug hypoglycemic treatment based on the addition of diet and exercise intervention can lead to significant improvement of blood glucose level in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 and herpes zoster,and the clinical treatment effect is more significant.
