血常规检验对糖尿病肾病早期的鉴别诊断意义分析

摘　　要：目的探析血常规检验对糖尿病肾病早期的鉴别诊断意义。方法选择2020年6月—2021年12月在尤溪县总医院进行血常规检验的100例体检者为研究对象。依据有无糖尿病及是否并发肾病分为3组,分别为正常组40例、糖尿病肾病组30例、单纯糖尿病组30例,对3组检验结果进行记录分析。结果3组白细胞参数、血小板参数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3组红细胞参数、血红蛋白参数、红细胞比容参数、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度参数、平均红细胞体积参数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血常规检验能够通过评估分析各项参数情况,从而明确糖尿病患者早期有无肾病情况,可为后续临床治疗提供数据支持。Objective To explore the differential diagnostic significance of routine blood tests on the early stage of diabetic nephropathy.Methods The subjects of the study were 100 people who underwent blood routine examination in Youxi County General Hospital from June 2020 to December 2021.According to whether there is diabetes or not and whether there is kidney disease,they were divided into three groups:40 cases in the normal group,30 cases in the diabetes nephropathy group and 30 cases in the simple diabetes group.The test results of the three groups are recorded and analyzed.Results There was no statistically significant difference in leukocyte parameters and platelet parameters among the three groups(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences among the three groups in erythrocyte parameters,hemoglobin parameters,hematocrit parameters,mean erythrocyte hemoglobin concentration parameters and mean erythrocyte volume parameters(P<0.05).Conclusion Routine blood tests can clarify the presence or absence of nephropathy in diabetic patients at an early stage by assessing and analyzing various parameters,which can provide data support for subsequent clinical treatment.
